PTSC is committed to creating a healthy workplace environment, emphasizing physical and mental well-being. We regard the health of our employees as the heartbeat of the company, and we actively promote a healthy and friendly workplace environment.

This year was the first time PTSC participated in the sports enterprise certification organized by the Sports Department of the Ministry of Education. This year’s slogan was “Together, We are Stronger”. On November 11th, we were awarded the i Sport Sports Enterprise Medal as a result of continued efforts to cultivate employees’ exercise habits and improve self-health awareness. Pershing employees participate in a wide range of company sponsored sports clubs, such as badminton, basketball, cycling, etc. In addition, PTSC also provides sports incentives to reward colleagues for participating in sports events. We not only focus on the health of our colleagues, but also look forward to our colleagues being able to go out often and regular employee outside activities are a good time for colleagues to maintain relationships with relatives and friends. In the future, we will continue to encourage and support colleagues to participate in health activities to achieve the spirit of sports enterprise “Together, We Stronger”.
